Michael has over 23 years of income tax compliance and consulting experience. His expertise includes advising and planning for a wide variety of business and individual tax clients, responding to Federal and State inquiries, as well as specializing in individual and pass-through entity taxation. He has handled complex compliance and consulting areas of work to include: C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, trusts and individual type returns. Taking care of his clients is Michael’s top priority.
